Dear Coconut Resort Potential Investors,
We would like to propose a plan for a new resort called The Coconut Resort. This private resort will be located in the southern part of the Oahu Island. There are multiple reasons that Oahu would be a wonderful location for The Coconut Resort.
The Coconut Resort will be a family oriented resort because there is a wide variety of programs and special events for the entire family. The Resort will have a great selection of programs for the beginners to the experts. Also, there will be weekly concerts and bonfire for the guests to enjoy and socialize. With a great selection of rooms, The Coconut Resort can accommodate every individual. The southern part of the Oahu Island is a perfect location because there is no luxury resort in that area that is also such family oriented. With The Coconut Resort's goal of being environmentally friendly, the Oahu community would not be negatively affected by the resort. The target market for our resort would be everyone around the country, including tourists as well as residents of the Hawaiian community. The Coconut Resort will offer a wide range of programs that the entire family will enjoy. Some programs that will be included are scuba diving, snorkeling, weekly concerts, and bonfires. Guests will also be offered to enjoy a relaxing time in the Spa, where they will be pampered.
We anticipate the construction of The Coconut Resort to begin in March 2012 and be completed within a year. In order to spread the word of the upcoming resort, we will use multiple marketing tools such as television commercials, ads in newspapers, and radio commercials.
We will also include information on the following items: executive summary, research on the demographics, program plans, CAD rendering, ADA plan, operating budget, risk management plan, human resource plan, and marketing products. In order to help enforce our goal of keeping our resort environmental friendly, we will include a LEED proposal explaining how we will achieve our certification.
